O.K. Jeff (american_hp) you were pretty animate about all c5's having a pvc valve between the valley pan fitting and the intake fitting,here are some pics of my 04 vert,picked up at the museum brand new,there is only a small 4" length of curved hose with NO,I repeat,NO pvc valve attached inline to it,alson the driver side vajve cover in the rear where G.M.'s diagram shows the other pvc valve there is a rubber plug,so the manual does not correctly show the exact system that those of us who bought late 04 vehicles have,just wanted to clear this up for those who have the same setup,run the hose from the top of the catch can to valley nipple and the hose from the side of the catch can to the i[
