Planning a move this spring and have to many things to move. Looking for a flatbed trailer that will handle the vette. Know Texas rolloffs will do the job but is there anything else out there will work. Thanks for the help.
Yup... I'll drive it where ever you need to take it...
Since you're in Minnesota, I could stop in on business and fly back when done.
Deal?
Ok, ok.. seriously... drive it if you can at all.. It's a great road car and you'll miss the fun and excitement of the trip!! Driving is the only way to "ship it"!!
EDIT: Looks like you have several Vettes... Father-in-law has nice enclosed trailer with a nice Yukon to pull it... It says STUDEBAKER on the sides of it but it is a nice hauler set-up... I need pics to show it!!
It's very similar to the set up another member showed us all a while back that he was pulling with his Hummer.

Do a search on trailers for some good threads. I love my Sloan Kwik-Load:
I've used a local rental trailer for my Viper as well as the Corvettes I have owned C3,C4,C5's. I simply attach to the tow vehicle, and crank the toungue up thus lowering the rear of the trailer. Make sure the tow vehicle is on level flat ground, raising the front of the trailer also lifts the rear of the tow vehicle lessening the traction of the rear tow vehicle wheels. Raising the front of the trailer lowers the rear. Also laying a couple 2x's on the ground in front of the wheels will help get the front up before going up the ramps.
