Converter Size??
I am about to replace my trans in my 97 and i was wondering what would be a good size converter seeing how the trans is already out might as well upgrade.

What engine mods do you have or are intending to have - and what is your driving style?

only mods i have at the moment is the vararam and b&b exhaust.im planning or hoping to do a tune soon and thats about far as ive gotten far as mods or thinking of adding.its my everyday driver and pretty much drive the speed limit but if the right mustang comes along then well ..

Then I would change gears instead, if you want a little light to light action. The a high stall TC will not help you anywhere near as much as gears, IMHO.
Get 3.42:1 if you have 2.73:1 gears and 3.73:1 if you have 3.15:1 gears. A mild stall might help with shift extensions, but if you are not doing heads/cam, save your funds and just go the gears.

a 3.42 gear and 3K stall would be nice with a good tune............our 00' vert likes it very much with stock cam/heads
