Where are they and how do you decipher them?

It is on the RPO code sticker.

RPO sticker should be on the underside of left rear compartment lid.

And if your glove box sticker is worn and unreadable you can get the build info from Sponge Vette by PM'ing him your VIN. And he'll give you all the info on your car as far as options and all dealer performed work done.
