Default How do I remove a Sunvisor?

Does anyone know how to remove the sunvisors? I have a new one to put in to replace one with a broken mirror but can't figure out how to get the old one out.

Thanks,
Jeff

I believe you open the visor to the outside (agains the door window glass) look for a tiny slot and put a skinny thin blade screwdriver into it and turn the visor to it's normal position, as you do this it will pop out.

A little jiggling will get wire out.

Good luck!

do a search there is a good write up. It was easy just use a proper fitting scredriver and a little elbow grease.

I was almost right. Start with the visor in it's normal position, not at the window.

Thanks for all of the responses! New sunvisor is in and now I don't have to listen to the old one rattle on the way home. And now I have a visor to practice on for the Homelink install.
