I am hoping to do some drag racing in Connectcut. I need some pointers on where the tracks are and what the best way I can get the most out of the vette. I have 04 C5. It has a Blackwing filter. I have installed SuperMax headers cat X pipe, and a 160 thermo The car has been on the dino. What a difference. Not the same car. I need tires that can take that extra power. I have run flats on it now, not a good thing
I sure would appreciate the help.

i was only doing 40 mph 2 nights ago in 2nd gear, went to pass someone and the rear of the car came around to say hi. thank god for the traction control because it took me into the other lane fast than back in mine. scared the shiz out of me. and yes i do have new ps2 tire even they don't like the cold.
Post in the Drag Race section and the Northeast section. More exposure and someone from the area should see it and answer you. Englishtown NJ has the monthly Corvette Challenge. I know the Conn. guy's go there and race each month. Bob
