I'm in the process of replacing my 2000 C-5 discs. Does anyone have the thread or web site for the adjustment of the rear parking brakes? Any help would be appreciated 
The dealer is giving me a line of BS saying that they are not adjustable and I know this is not true.

There are two ways to adjust. One involves turned a star shaped wheel at the rear brake itself, the other is cleaning the crud out of the in car brake handle mechanism and adjusting it.
