Default Brakes

Is there a special procedure to bleeding brakes? Had to disconnect master cyl to abs unit during engine removal.

Im sorry, but most likely to PROPERLY bleed the brakes , you will need a prossionally scan tool to control the internal valves of the ABS unit. If you need to just get a peddle to get it to a professional, you can try this: Bench bleed the master clyinder(MC) as per instructions that came with the MC. Put the MC back on to the booster. Pump the brake peddle until you feel any peddle(which you may not). Don't pump the peddle all the way down, only half way down each time.Have a friend pump and hold the peddle while you open the line(a line wrench helps here) farthest away from the booster. Your friend can push the peddle to the floor when the line is open.Tighten the lines before he lets the peddle up. Do this about 10 times(dont let the brake fluid low or empty), then repeat to the line closest to booster. Then bleed each wheel in the same manner as the MC in this order: RR, LF, LR, RF. You may get a weak peddle by this time. If you have a high firm peddle and no ABS light after all this, pray to your God that he likes you!
