I need the valuable expertise from you guys and gals----
My extended warranty from Carmax expires in 1 month and I have been thinking about going with Warranty Direct. Any opinions on them as a choice. Any past experiences good or bad?

Best bet, go to local Chevy Dealer, ask them will they accept Warranty Direct, they will help you get a warranty that is not fix'n to go under. I have found most places will honor Warranties that are handled via a credit card for billing.
I think I have Warranty Direct, papers not with me, no problems with work, nor payments to shop.

I would look into the General Motors Protection Plann (GMPP). I think that every dealer accepts it and they cover most major items. Depending on how many miles are on your car, it may cost more than an aftermarket warranty. One big repair and it will pay for itself though!!! Your local dealer should be able to give you more information.

I bought an extended warranty from them in December 2004. Haven't had a need to use it yet, but knowing that it is there sure is comforting. I did a lot of research before I bought and took the advice of many forum members. They had the best price and the most comprehensive coverage for my car at that time.
