If Don's suggestion does not help, check the wires that connect to the coolant level sensor. It might have accidentally come off. Also, the coolant reservoir has a magnet inside the reservoir that might be sticking. Rap gently on the reservoir...this might correct the problem.
The coolant level sensor is simply a reed switch (that the sensor wires plug into) and a magnet inside the reservoir. You can test the reed switch by removing it and holding a small magnet up to the reed. If your "Low Coolant" alarm does not go away, and your connections are good, disconnect the wiring and short the ends. This will simulate a closed reed switch and should clear the alarm. If it doesn't, you have other issues.

i honestly do not know if the sensor is there, i did not even think about that at all .... i just but a new coolant tank from a chevy dealership .. cause my stock one was cracked. should i just obtain new sensor???
