Default Major idling problem...IT WON'T!!!!

I just got it running yesterday, and its not good. Need advise. Here is the story:
Thanksgiving weekend, I remove the coils, bracket, and valve covers.
Drained coolant and removed all hoses. Since I knew the car was going to be down for a while, I disconnected the battery. Anyway, had the valve covers chromed, and the coils, and bracket painted. Putting it together yesterday and fired it up, ran like s*$t, misfire on every hole. Sounds like the biggest cam you can find So I let it go and thought about it over night. I thought I screwed my self w/ the coils being painted, since they have to be grounded. So I sanded the paint off the coils and bracket for where the coil makes contact. Well, the misfires settled, but the car still idle hunts. I checked for vacuum leaks, connections, and ground. All OK. I drove it a couple of miles and its fine, come to a stop and it surges, then I get lean codes for both banks. This is a magnason engine that is all stock, except the blower, installed and tuned by Lingenfelter back in Nov. 2004.
I did'nt take anything else apart, and the battery only been disconnected for 6wks. Is there a re-learn procedure, seems like the PCM turned stupid I hate cars at times

I hear you. I have made some changes on my car. It seems like there is always a trade off, HUH? Just a little paint and a Battery disconnect. I do believe you might have confused the PCM
