[Z06] HallTech Sidewinder ?

HallTech Sidewinder ?
Looking to make intake upgrades. Don't want to cut if I don't have too. Has anyone out there installed the new HallTech Sidewinder. It's a nice looking piece of equipment. Does it perform? I'd be curious to know if anyone has dyno'ed with this unit, and if so what were the results. There are so many intake options out there it boggles the mind. Again I was impressed with the fit and finish of the HallTech.

I have both a Halltech TRIC and their sidewinder. Both are very nice units.
With a Z06 you already have cold air screens that let cold air under the hood. Thus, my guess is that any improvement of cutting the shroud for either a TRIC or a Vortex (or similar) is fairly marginal.
(BTW, I went from the TRIC to the sidewinder because my Z is my commuter car. The low mounted filter gets pretty grubby fast.)
As the various intakes all make similar power I would pick on that you think looks good or otherwise amuses.

Man, you've got some goodies on your Z. I'm just starting to make mods and want to do it right. Nothing too radical, but a little extra power never hurts. Plus the extra toys are all part of the fun. Thanks
