Got mine from LAPD, but now you can get them just about anywhere - Sears, AutoZone, Advance Auto, etc.

I vaguely remember a problem with the Battery Tender and Optima's. Since I killed my Optima (low voltage) I'll need to recharge it before driving again. 28 days of rain wasn't a record, but
