Typical delivery time

I am trying to figure out when "my baby" should be arriving after it is built on or about 8/8. THANKS

What are everyone's experiences from build date to delivery?

Phil, I will let you know from my experience. My EB Z06 was built 7/30, 7/31 and dealer on Friday 8/3 got VIN & status that it was shipped to Northeast Ohio.

Daddy is patiently waiting for the phone call that his baby has come home :D

My 02 was built 7/27-7/31 (seq 2817). It's been sitting in BG getting dirty as far as I can tell... :mad Maybe they're waiting for a train to CA???? This waiting sucks, I know I'll have it real soon, but I probably log into BNSF 20X a day looking for shippment info!!!!

If it is anything like the 01 Z06 delivery time, expect no less than 2 weeks.

There has evidently been a change since I bought my 94, as all vettes were hauled by truck then. No trains.

we do about 60 new vettes per month.
usually we get ours to atlanta (where we are located) in about 7 days average from build date.
california is about 12 days. my guess would be that you would get yours in about 10 days.

Well if the 10-day rule falls into place, I am S.O.L. :( I will be in Detroit, MI that weekend for the WOODWARD DREAM CRUISE :cheers: :cool:

MAYBE, jusy MAYBE, it will arrive on the 17th.....heheheh :crazy: :rolleyes:

My TPW is 8/20, and I was just told that I couldn't even take NCM delivery until the middle of September! Two weeks to get the museum delivery scheduled, then, another 10 days to get the transporter scheduled to get my Z to and from the local dealer to do the prep(fill it with gas) What's up with that? Why can't they just let me come and get it the day it's done? they sure took my 50K without a schedule. I want my car! :cry [IMG][/IMG]
