Not if you're going four wheeling. Drop it all the way on the stock bolts and it will look great and handle well and still be practical. That's from personal experience.

try lowering it on stock bolts all the way, it should drop about 1 inch... see if you like it.. you can always go lower, or change it back if you don't like it.
Depends on this year's hurricane forecast for Florida...
Yea, lower it on the stock bolts. The roads down there are pretty decent, right? I'd lower mine in a heartbeat but up here in my area I'd be scraping all over.

The roads are not bad, I've got some good size speed bumps going into my development though, I'm not sure if it'll rub on those.
All the way on stock bolts is what I did. I love the look, couldn't look any better.
I scrape a bit, but you learn how to drive it and where not to drive it, no real difference from what I've been doing though.. sorry, I haven't got any recient pics of it.

It is. Make sure you take the tension fully off the front spring before tou try to turn the bolt. BTW- I have a pit and did this entire job without lifting the car or taking off a wheel. It is that easy.
Don't skip the alignment too long or you'll chew the insides of the front tires off in no time.
Lowering is more easily accomplished when you take the tension off the springs all around, even the rear.
Also the car is designed with a natural stance that has the rear a bit higher than the front. It is possible to end up with the rear equal to or lower than the front and this IMHO results in a horrible ride where it feels as if you are carrying a load of brcks in the rear of the car.
Try to measure before starting and keep a similar stance after lowering. I lowered mine more than I should have but went back and raised the rear a thread at a time to achieve the ride I was comfortable with.
Make sure you leave about two threads exposed on the rear bolts after lowering and the front ones just crank down until you cannot turn them any longer.
