Default Stolen Valve Stem Caps?

Have you ever had anyone steal you Valve Stem Caps? I have especially the chrome caps kids like to collect for some unknown reason... Well We now carry a new (new to us) product!!

Logo Anti-Theft Valve Stem Caps. They are decorative chrome valve stem caps that feature your choice of logo. We have C4,C5,C6 & More in stock. They look GREAT and will Be more difficult to steal.

Basically they are a 2 piece cap you first install the outer sleeve then the center cap with logo using the key fob or supplied key. Once installed you cannot loosen the outer sleeve with out using the tool.

The kit includes 4 caps, 1 matching logo key chain & 1 brass key to leave in your car incase you forget to leave your key chain with your auto technician ect.

We are selling these kits for 25.99 + Shipping

Feel Free to add any stories about the theft aspect, I am curious to hear how many people have had this issue.
Thanks,
-=Rick

I've had mine stolen before. This sounds like a good alternative.

I've seen a few sets on ebay. Little different design but same concept.

I'll probably invest in a set if and when i get new rims.

Default Sorry, my .02

I gave up on fancy valve stem caps years ago. My luck the nit-wits will try using pliars when they can't get them off the convential way and I will end up with busted valve stems and flat tires.

I stick with with $4 ones, I've had them stolen while the car is in my driveway at 10 am on a saturday morning.

Yep, had some "chromies" stolen once, long time ago though. Car is garraged most the time now.

The cheaper alternative is to simply tighten down your chromies with a wrench. Then those little buggers who try to steal them won't be able to remove them with their fingers.

I wish I had a dollar for every one I've had stolen over the years...

I'm using a similar set - flag as emblem - once on - they just spin on the stem - need the "tool" to take off.

Have seen simialar caps like these around and like them

Only looking for them with the "50 and Cross Flags" 50th Anniversary logo.

Don't think anyone has ever made them that way or ever will though.

One way to look at it though. If they find out they cant get the chromies off they might get pissed and mess up your car. Like key it or slash the tires or something.,

Be careful not to over tighten or you’ll mess up your valves.

The 50th anniversary is not available due to the lower volume I suppose they can't justify the cost of the mold or whatever they use.
