You're talking about the two on either side that go through holes in the airbridge, right?
If so, just pop them out with a screwdriver or something similar. It's getting them back in that's the problem. It took me forever to reattach the airbridge after installing my Blackwing because of a slight misalignment.
If you are talking about the fasteners connecting the airbridge to the top of the radiator shroud, there are two, one on each side of the a/b. To remove the fastener, you have to slide out (up) the "plunger" in the center of the fastener. To do this I use a very small flat blade screwdriver and wedge it under the lip of the plunger and force it out of the fastener. Once the plunger is out (be careful not to drop the little plunger, it will get lost), the fastener easily works free of the radiator shroud. I disconnect both ends of the a/b from the t/b and MAF respectively before I try to lift the a/b off the radiator shroud.
