I want to paint my brake calipers, does anyone have any good products to use. Thanks in advance
I did mine with the caliper paint kit from autozone. It's about $15 bucks and comes with a cleaner, the paint and the brush. Personally, from experience I'd recommend clean, THEN primer, then paint. I did 2 coats, might want to try 3 coats.
Jack the car, (ALWAYS USE JACK STANDS), then remove the wheels, clean, primer, and paint the brakes, put the wheels back on.
Have fun and get some pics for us on the forum pleeeeeeeaaaaazzzzzee.
I used the red caliper kit from Eckler's. It is a two part paint that dries hard like an epoxy. Goes on easy and has a great red color. Unfortunately it's about $30 but I think in the end it will be worth the price.

i bought the kit from auto zone - i recommend buying some extra brake cleaner though - i went through 2 cans on the rear brakes on my C4.
after painting the rears only - it looks like i have enough paint left to do 3 or 4 more cars! not bad for $15!
thanks for the great start. i will post some pics. pewter car...i'm thinking red
I'd ask for pics of some different colors for comparison. I've seen some pics of black/charcoal that looked very nice, although I don't have any for you.
