I purchased a set of B&B Bullets Quad tips about 8 months ago. The day i put them on, the axle loop on the drivers side was not bent correctly and the system did not sit flush with the other side. They replaced it under warranty, sent me another axle loop. Seem to fix the problem however the 4 tips did not sit flush. Then i noted the flange on both sides where the axle loops and the rear section of the system was not able to tighten together flush as the weld job was sub par and i ended up have to grind the weld down for the bolts to tighten correctly. All this being said, the system still does not sit (4 tips ) level. 4 months later the drivers muffler hanger broke off and the system was hanging. This piece i just recently sent back, awaiting return.
I was wondering if anyone had similar problems? i guess putting the extra cash into say the borla system would have been the win?
Three of my best friends have the Bullets and haven't had any issues with them at all. Sometimes you just get that ONE system that just doesn't go right, but I don't think it's indicative of the system altogether. Hope you get it fixed, I think it's the best sounding exhaust!

I had a Borla Stinger exhaust. I switched to a B&B Bullet. The first set of Bullets that I received didn't work out too well. Not only were the tips not even, one side was longer than the other and the right side set of tips pointed to the side instead of straight ahead. B&B customer service was very quick to respond and sent me a replacement exhaust. The second exhaust was much better than the first set: the tips are only slight not even, but they are of equal length. The right side still point to the side, but not as much as the first set. The welds on both exhausts were not as clean as the Borla's. Again, B&B's customer service was excellent; it was a no hassel type of warranty resolution. The vendor that I purchased them from really did not want anything to do with the problem (a supporting vendor on this forum)....they forwarded by comments to B&B....like they should have noticed that I had sent my complaint to everyone involved. I was pretty much sastisfied with the resolution of the problem by B&B (not the vendor) but was out the extra installation cost. It took about a week for me to get used to the loudness of the Bullets compared to the Borla....on my way back from the dealer after the install, I got a headache from the noise level; I didn't even bother with the stero..........now they are very nice sounding...I can even talk on the phone while driving....(at idle, hehehe).
Thanks for all the insight. I would have to agree, they sound great! I can't complain about that! customer service is great also. When i get the piece back i am gonna weld a larger braket with more surface area of the bracket being on the piping itself as the vibration and heat seem got the better of the existing weld. What i should have done was send the system back the day i put the exhaust on the car, and got a replacement one. I will post pics once i get everything back on.
