I believe that is a left rear framistat from the flux armature assenbly

I think it's one of those what-cha-ma-call-its , isn't it?
Sorry, it's definitely a torsion spring that's broken off from somewhere.

We have a winner! I found it on the drivers side floor, looked underneath and sure enough only 1-1/2 springs still attached. So now I have one spring doing the work of 2 until the new one comes in.
