Welcome to a newbie from a newbie - I too am fairly new to the Forum and the Wonderful World of Corvette - and I'll tell you there are some of every type of individual on here - extremely helpful and knowledgeable, those with good intent and those that "don't quite belong out in public" yet!! HA - there's in fo, fun and put-downs that go on here. You hardly have to ask a question - most of them are there before you even know you need to ask it - you'll understand that once you get the car!!
You'll enjoy it all. Look foward to seeing which type you are!!
The guy I'm getting it from had 6 GARAGES...the vette shared a garage with a top fuel dragster of some sort...so they guy had money. He told me his wife told him he had to start getting rid of some cars...wonder what else he had.
Thanks for all the good words...so excited to finally get a vette. Its funny how many friends you have all of a sudden...lol.
Whoa, Chuckster! What a great find with only 1,000 miles on the reloj! Dayauummnnn! Congratulations, and welcome to the CF family. May the modding fest begin!
I'm gonna wait a little bit before I bring up the modding with the ol lady ( )...LOL...but you bet I've been looking. You guys are right...Twin Turbo does just sound cool to have... Heck just having a vette will be good enough for me for awhile...
I also noticed a couple of you from the Bay Area (California)...so keep me in the loop of goings on around here.
Great Forum! I actually mapquested how long it would take to drive to Bowling Green, KY yesterday...It would triple the amount of miles I have on the car at this point ()
