'99 Check engine light.....
I had my check engine light come on today...didnt really notice anythign strange except that right before I noticed it, I had upshifted from 2nd to 3rd, and it felt like the clutch slipped - the shift was a little jerky - I checked all of the codes, and it only had history codes...nothing current. I cleared them out, and the light went off, but I juat wanted to see if anyone else had run into this.

check engine lights can come on for various reasons...some codes, even current ones, only show up as H
mostly, they are caused by bad grounds, bad battery connections, and even from new mods like installing headers
if it comes back on, look at the codes it throws and someone here can probably help you
