I got my car back Saturday after having the dealer replace the power steering pump and they also replaced the gas tank sensor.
Now, when I use my transmitter to lock the car, it beeps about 4 times and the doors will not lock. Also, I cannot unlock the passenger side door from the driver side or roll down the window. Sometimes, neither window will roll down.
I notified the dealer, and I let them know it did not do this until after I got it back, and they will look at it this evening.
Any ideas what could make it do this? I wanted to check the fuses, but the window has some weird circuit breaker (not regular fuse) according to the manual...plus it's their mess up.

did you try reseting the remote? that may have something to do with it not locking the doors.. the windows i have no idea. resetting the remote it easy, if you did not already know how to. Hold both lock and unlock until horn beeps. (spprox. 10 secs.) maybe that can help for now hopefully the stealership can help you out and fix their mistake.

Sounds like the body control module (BCM) has weirded out on you. Don't know the fix to restore it, but since the dealer is the one that did the work last, I'd see what they can do to re-train it.
The first thing I tried was resetting the remote....they had the head guy scanning it, but found nothing yet...leaving it overnight and hoping they fix it tomorrow.
