Default Vendor Feedback

We're looking at sinking some $ into the car and have come across the LAPD in CA. Anybody have any feedback on dealing with these guys? I see a lot of sweet Vettes at their shop, but there's nothing like hands on experience to know if they're or . TIA!

I've bought a couple of small things from them. Great customer service and a Forum vendor. I'd have no hesitation buying from them again.

Default LAPD Feedback

Sorry, my bad. I'm more interested in experience dealing with them as a shop. Did they quote accurately? Do they do good work? Do they stand behind their work? Would you have them do more work down the road? Thanks for the feedback!

Never had them do any work (only bought things from them), but I do not recall seeing any negative posts about them since I have been on the forum.

I have used them once. Little on the high side, IMHO but the transaction went smooth

I have dealt with LAPD numerous times and everytime things have gone smooth.

LAPD is probably one of the best vendors on the forum.
Shawn and his crew are great

I have dealt directly with them and their shop and they are the most careful I have seen in dealing with ANY shop out there as most other shops seem to be nothing but butchers. They are clean and pay attention to very small details. Anytime work is done to my C6, the car is delivered back to me washed and detailed with no damage to the interior, exterior and no grease spots left on the interior of the car. I can't say that for any other shop I have visited.

Shawn and Al are great and very nice to deal with. They take the time to answer your questions in depth to make sure you walk away educated. They don't rush you off the phone or out of the showroom.

Pricing is actually lower than what I am used to getting quoted as well. I have only done bolt-ons with LAPD and so far, I am very happy. If I decide to go with a head and cam set-up or supercharger, I will go with LAPD.
