extra part after removing wheel?
i've been working my way around my car replacing rotors and pads and painting calipers......first 2 went smooth.... when i got to the passenger side rear i was pulling off the tire and a thin metal ring fell out 
any idea what that could be??. it was less than 1/8" thick..... also when i tried to get the rotor off it was stuck... when it finally came loose there was a big "C" ring that came out with it.... i'm assuming it was part of the E brake system 
there was a PITA clip behind it that took me an hour to get back in.. there was a little gear type thing that the big C ring slid in to .. i spun it aroung a few times how delicate is that stuff... i mean it seemed to go back together ok but that little thin ring made me alittle nervous
