Need some painting pointers...
I'm doing the Tiger Shark and hood project on my '98. So that means new parts painted...some parts repaired of scratched and spiderwebs and there are those pesky nicks and chips. What processes are need to get the entire car looking good as new without a total repaint. I have heard of color sanding. But how is the shine brought back? Is it a clear coat? How many coats? How many is too many or not enough? And what if I want that "Deep" look? Does that mean lots of coats?
