Reached first hundred miles today..
Since I picked up this '99 coupe I've hardly driven it. The lousy weather here in New England and other things going on didn't have time. Today I had some free time and decided to take it for a ride. Picked a long hilly winding road in my area and finally reached the 'first hundred mile' mark since I bought it. The car ran fantastic. I can't believe the difference in ride compared to my C-4. It's huge! This is also a 6-speed. My C-4 was auto. I have to admit, I haven't rung it out yet but, 2/3 throttle and it's a banshee!! Handled the curves and hills like it's on rails.
Got home and my daughter's in the driveway. She hasn't driven it yet..hmmm, this might be a good time. We get in and she takes off like I'm not even there. Through the gears and were gone. Her first time driving it and she drove it like she owned it.....
