DTE put Z06 clutch in mine w/440 RWHP AND 439 RWTQ. It is all you need.

Just make sure you get brand new LS6 Master and Slave at the same time and dont forget to do the drill mod to the slave.

If you plan on staying close to stock the C5 Z06 or the C6 Z06 clutch will work fine and also upgrade to the Z06 master and slave at the same time

I'd stay away from the "Z06" or "LS6" clutch. It's comes from the factory in ALL 01-04 C5's or Z06's. LS1 or LS6. There's nothing Z06 specific about it. It's really not all that good.

If you are a "bolt on" car, then I would suggest the new LS7 clutch. It's new.. so not a ton of feedback and no real long term info on it yet. Doesn't look bad though...

If it's a seriously modded car, I would suggest an RPS/Textralia. My Spec 3 has been great to me as well. Spec seems to be a hit or miss though..

I'm runnin a LUK pro gold and man is it noisy. Works great but sounds like rocks in a can at idle with the clutch out.

If you're not pushing more than stock HP - what's wrong with simple stock?

I don't remember the exact size that I have used in the past. Done it 3 times with no problems. Basically, you want it large enough... but not as large as the "ball" on the end. It still has to seal well. Just make it a lil bit bigger than stock. You can kinda get the idea when you have it apart and are looking at the end.
