Well, I lowered the car yesterday.
Adjusted each corner 5 full turns.
It took the car down about 1/2" to 5/8", and really improved the look of the car.
It kept the factory rear-to-front rake, which I think looks good.
This has to be one of the easiest things to do to the car.
Did it in my garage, with a floor jack and a couple of jack stands, and never removed the wheels in the front.
Definitely worth the improvement in stance and appearance.
I'll wait to comment on the handling.
Yes, it made a big difference!
Still handles well, too, no adverse effects.
My first mod was cags eliminator, now the lowering.
I'm just biding my time.
I've been into cars a looooong time, "invested" alot of money and time, so I'm really taking the time to decide the appropriate mod route.
It's neat how each successive mod makes the car a bit more "your own".
re: pics
Sorry, I don't own a digital camera.
I really need to get one.
I went 5 turns only, although I could have gone another 2.5 turns in front and probably 4 turns more in the rear.
My thinking is that the car sits lower, within the range of suspension and shock travel, without slamming it down and ending up with very little suspension left for the road irregularities.
It rubs the front rubber spoiler now on some mild driveway entrances, where before, there was never any contact.
I also wanted to avoid a distinct need for the car to be realigned, which a much lower stance would cause.
I personally wouldn't want it any lower.
