Default Dual zone air conditioning question.

When ever I am driving and press the A/C button to turn off the compressor, like when its cool outside but I still want the fan. The next time the car is started the compressor is started automaticlly and I have to turn it off again. Can this be set to remain in the same state when the car is started the next time?

I think if you hit the Mode switch a time or two the compressor will go off and stay off thereafter. Unless, of course, you put it in Defrost mode.

Did you know that the AC settings are memorized with the memory seat option?

Thanks for the in put. I just checked and if I hit the mode button with the compressor turned off it stays off the next time. I guess I have been in the auto mode when I turned it off and it comes on the next time.

if you have seat memory , the A/C settings are memorized as well as seat position , mirror position , and possibly radio as well , not sure about the radio though .
