The evolution of James Bond and the Corvette
This is just for fun. So ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, the "Evolution of James Bond and the Corvette". Of course, there is no correlation between Corvettes and James Bond. Never was. Not really.
C1 = Sean Connery
C2 = George Lazenby
C3 = Roger Moore
C4 = Timothy Dalton
C5 = Pierce Brosnan
C6 = Daniel Craig
For me, at least, my most favorite recent vintage James Bond matches nicely to my most favorte recent vintage Corvette.
Though I see Sean Connery as more of a C2 kind of a guy and some don't see George Lazenby as worthy of the mantle since he only appeared in one movie. So, let's try this again:
C1 = Barry Nelson (first to play Bond on American TV)
C2 = Sean Connery
C3 = Roger Moore
C4 = Timothy Dalton
C5 = Pierce Brosnan
C6 = Daniel Craig
Either way, the C6 guys come out on the short end of the stick.
Disclaimer: This is not a scientific sampling or result, nor are the results necessarily indicitive of anything other than an over abundance of spare time on the hands of the author and a blatant attempt by same to associate the ugliest actor to ever portray James Bond with the C6 model Corvette in a long-winded, roundabout fashion. Not out of mean-spiritedness, mind you, just a little friendly rivalry. This does not dispute the theory that there may be some women who actually find Daniel Craig more attractive than Pierce Brosnan.

Who? Bary Nelson was a character named James Bond in Casino Royal by he never played the role of JB. so he realy can't be called JB can he? Certainly not by the masses.......
Lazenby must have been an experimental model that did not make it to final production, Like some of the cars in the NCM. Nice to look at but ..... well you get it.
C2,C3,C4,C5 was spot on But this explains why I have not developed a taste for the C6 I like the rear but when I see the front I just see a viper To each his own. I hope the C6 guys are happy with their cars, and if they are happy then GREAT!
Say, your JB to Corvette model list sounds good enough. BTW: Love your avatar. Now, the Mach 5 was a bad azz car. And, I still enjoy the old cartoon reruns.

Even though I'm poking fun at the C6 -- I've gotta be honest and admit... I just came back from an errand driving my wife's Jag (so no waving opportunities), and was passed by a deep burgundy (don't know the correct color term) C6 with probably 10 coats of Zaino or Rejex or something, and it was absolutely stunning. I saw it coming from a distance and wasn't sure what it was at first, I just knew it was something badass -- and sure enough, it was.
