I would like to thank Brian Marks at www.pfyc.com for all his technical assistance for my track purchases and awsome customer service! He's very knowledgeable about brake pads and what applications to run based on driving experience and conditions I especially like the fact that he's an instructor and does HPDE's on a regular basis, so he knows first-hand what works and what doesn't. Saw him at VIR this wknd and he always makes sure I am happy with what he sold me.
Glad to hear of your good experience, but this thread sounds fishy to me. Sounds like damage control from a thread gone bad posted about PFYC this week, which no longer exists (I guess they had the admins delete it). Or maybe just coincidental.
For what I gather, if you don't run into any errors with their order by chance, you'll be happy. However, customers that do run into problems with their orders, generally end up with a really difficult time dealing with the bad attitude of their customer service (when the customer doesn't see eye to eye w/ them).
Personally, I would steer clear away from these guys due to their poor attitude alone. The sampling rate of the deleted thread was about 22 to 7 (~70% satisfaction rate).
