OK here is the latest with my dilema. AAA has offered to cover 2/3 of the estimate which will end up costing me 650 to have the car repaired. After this long of a wait I am going to accept the 1350 and move on. Hopefully I can find a place that will do it for a little less but it will be what it is .I want the car done and am missing out on a lot of great driving weather here in Fl. I will not be renewing with them again.
The only thing I can say is be careful with the tow operators make sure they understand what is required to move one of our cars they are not F-150's. No disrespect meant to Ford owners as I have an Expedition also. Good luck.
