I emailed Gene Culley last week and have not heard back from him. Does anybody know if he still accepts emails or do you have to use their web site ??

Gene usually answers e mails 7 days a week...
he has no life... His is involved in a very large undertaking at the dealership, bring on new lines of parts etc... It is possible he may have missed it... He has done this to me a couple of times..he gets hundreds of emails and spam a day... I suggest you re email him

Thanks for the help there.. as of yesterday I was pretty well caught up on all of my emails. Please re-send and let me know that you have and I'll take a look.

Mpwr, unfortunatly spam filters are getting in the way of many emails, I was talking with the owner of Corsa exhaust sytems the other day about an unrelated issue and while chatting, he mentioned that they have ever 1500 spam filters running daily on their server. They also lose many emails...No one wants to turn down business, you have to understand that Ecommerce is evolving everyday...Gene is a good guy, a few clicks above what I would call good great service, he has bent over backwards many times for many people on this forum,,,,IM just trying to let forum members know of a really good asset in Gene Culley. I try to point people in the right direction just as if they were my brother or sister, Gene is a guy I would want my son or daughter to use.
I have picked up the phone and just called him several times and that works great! Gene has been good to me and many others and I would not hesitate to do business with him.

I think ET is right, My first email got filtered. I got a quick reply from Gene on the second email & have placed my parts order.

I got a response in a day or two last time...usually if I email someone and don't get a response I call them....the SPAM is a beotch...just had this happen with Adam at the NCM the other day..both times it went in his spam box....but he called me

Thanks for sticking up for me. Evil hit it on the head, really. No one wants to lose an email or a lead for ecommerce. I've just accepted a position with the owner, Fred Beans, to do this full time and start my own department. There wouldn't be any reason why I wouldn't want to take care of anyone.
Myself and Jeremy, probably just went through the roughest 6-8 months, but it is all worth it.
Please, if anyone doesn't get an answer from me, call. Jeremy is also capable of talking to our forum members and taking care of their concerns if I'm unable to be reached.
Jeremy will be leaving the parts department as well to join me in the internet department.

Ordered parts by phone 3 different times with NO problems. Great people to work with.
chalk another "good guy" mark next to Gene's name from me too.
the guy truly is amazing - and i really think he has no life.
i have gotten email responses from him as late as 8PM arizona time - that would be what? 10PM PA time? Gene has my parts business - from the very first part i ordered (my Z06 rearend!)
