Mechanical cable to the rears only. And only locks if you've adjusted the star wheel inside the drum. Mine when purchased couldn't have stopped a dinky toy.

Park Brake has Drum Brakes on inside of rotors.
On the inside of rotor (rear end side) there is a drum brake system for the parking brakes. It has a star wheel to adjust the drum.
