Default Engine fumes any thoughts??

Since I had LG headers put on my 2000 vert up at ECS I've been getting engine fumes inside the car. Most noticeable when stopped of course. I don't hear any exhaust leaks and it doesn't seem strong enough for that. It's also been long enough for the "newness" to be burned off. They also put on a LS6 intake at the same time. Before the install it just smelled like leather, plastic and carpet, you know, the usual stuff. Any thoughts on where this could be coming from.

Are your LGs thermal coated by any chance? I had the same situation when I had coated LG Pros w/ hi-flow cats installed. It took ~ 900mi before they were fully "seasoned" and the smell went away.

The fresh air intake is on the driver side cowl, so it doesn't take much to stink up the cabin. I just got in the habit of pressing the recirculate button when I started the car ... until the problem resolved itself.
