Corsa gets better with age!
I put Corsa's on about a year ago. Yes, at first they DID pop loudly on the over-run (down through the gears), and they DID sound something like a motorboat at idle.... AT FIRST....
I now have about 10,000 miles on the exhaust. The popping is almost ALL gone. The sound at idle is strong and mellow. I think that the pipes have developed a coating on the inside from combustion.
WOW,.... do they sound neet now!

I found the same thing on our C4. We put the Corsa's on in (I think) 2000 and within about a year the tone had changed to a much deeper, mellower tone. Corsa was the first mod we did on the C5, but haven't gotten to drive it much since we bought it in Sept. It will be interesting to see if I can tell any difference in the Corsa Pace system over time.

Would not trade them for any exhaust, mine bubble still even after 2 years, have not put major miles on them though...

I'm glad to read this as I thought I was crazy! I put mine on only in November and The sound IS changing! As you say it is sounding better.
