I think i'm going to try to fab some low pro pop up headlights or make some non-pop ups. I live in la so i dont need HID's, does anyone know where i can get some relatively inexpensive projector housings? I dont want to break the bank in case this doesn't pan out, but with my success in fabricating my dash for my car pc I think i want to take a stab at this.

Thanks in advance,

I have a suggestion, I have lowered my pop up head lights so they open vertically to the car. If you buy a set of chevy pickup light housings that are the smaller profile, you can make some brackets that will mount them to the current light mounts and then buy a HID kit that will plug into the sockets and lower your light opening. This works really well. Here is a picture of mine.

This is exactly what I've been looking to do with mine. What year truck lights will work? Thanks, Mark
that is a great idea. i'm not sure if i want to have the dual projector look but this is a great alternative! how did you adjust the headlight assembly so that it only popped up half way?
thanks
also, thanks chriskaw7r, i'll look into these some more
