Default Need a Runcrap.

I need a runcrap, right front w/<20000mi. I never thought I would be wanting another runcrap. I went off-road to avoid an accident a few months ago and damaged the sidewall a little. No prob. since I would be losing these tires soon enough. Then I picked up a staple in the same friggin' tire. Nobody will fix it, liability issues y'know. Not ready to tra$h these tire$ yet. So many of us change up to real tires before 20K. Does anyone know where I can find a lightly used runcrap?

Check the parts for sale section. See them there all the time.

The above recommendations are excellent. And, FYI, you might also try contacting any of the local tire servicers in your area (Goodyear, Big O, Discount Tire, etc.), AND, ask the sales rep for a used "take off". There are many C5 enthusiasts who readily remove their rather brand new "runcraps", and, install other non-runcrap tires. Hence, these tire service centers then have some used examples in stock that may have anywhere from 20% to even 90% tread (or, newer) wear left. And, sell (or, even give away) these used tires at a pennies on the dollar price tag. Be sure to ask, and, to fully examine the tire for signs of uneven wear, sidewall damage and failure, punctures, flat repairs, etc. DO NOT ever purchase any damaged, unevenly worn, or, punctured tires. Good luck to you.
