2 days to replace leaky diff seal?

Took my 02 in for the leak and was told it should be ready at the end of the day. Also had the right window reg and the left door module replaced since I have a deductible. Three days later I get my car back. Everything is done but the left door, can't get the part till Tue.
Well, I've got grease hand prints on the sides of the car and the right window, dirt marks on the interior door panel. As I drive away I notice my hood is not latched.
That is some quality service from Reeder Chevrolet. I can't wait to take it back in so they can finish the job.

Yup, that's what happened. Evidently they didn't have any of the clips in stock, so they kept the car for two days and then finally just let me have it without replacing the clips. I need to go back in Monday to get those clips. As of now it makes a tapping noise from the rear and also pulls to the left now slightly... I hate dealerships...
