Gotten a couple of wave backs from fellow middle aged guys in C5's recently, and a couple of ignores from C6's. I flashed my fogs at a C6 the other day as he was making a left turn in front of me while I was stopped at the light. No response, but the Mexican kid in the pickup truck next to me smiled and said "I like your car! What year is it!?"
Then last evening, a red C6 coupe pulls along side of me. Asian lady in her 30's looks over, I give a wave, and she just looks back at me with this blank look on her face, and therefore must not be hip to the "wave code". We both ended up side by side at another light and I glanced over to give her another chance at redeeming herself, but she was preoccupied with her passenger who was doing something on a laptop PC.
Whatever. Didn't ruin my evening or anything. Some save, some don't. I always try to unless I don't see the other 'Vette in time.
