Guess who waved??
I thought I would share with you all an experienced that I had recently. I was driving home from work the other day and was just cruising down the road enjoying the ride. I came up to a stop light and was sitting their listening to the radio when I noticed out of the corner of my eye someone waving at me in the right lane. The car that pulled up next to me was a red mustang which I though was being driven by a young kid just trying to get my goat. I look over and to my surprise I saw a woman waving at me. I rolled the passenger window down and she said "I love your Vette" and she gave me a big thumbs up! I said thank you and told her I liked her Mustang too. We both drove off. I had the biggest grin on my face for days. For such a clash of car owners it was just awesome to have someone give a Vette owner the thumbs up with a compliment that was driving a mustang. It was a very nice day in-deed.

I get plenty of interest in my car from kids. Not all of them want to be ricers.

Ah, finally someone who understands the concept of the wave. Nice one.
Hint: Some people simply wave to people in nice cars and give them a thumbs up all the time. Many of them wave back or smile. Which, by the way, is actually what is more in line with the ethos of waving.
Maybe if more people here realised that waving both pre-dates and has never been a Corvette-only thing. we'd have less of these "so and so didn't wave" threads. It's just a thought though.
