Very Nice! When I do my H/C setup, I think I'll have mine coated as well. They've been on for about 16-18 months so I'm sure they could use a re-finish.

I also thought about having them welded up - the sections that has all the slip fittings: Cats -> X-Pipe -> Center Pipes (with rear 02) Not the front ball type fitting on the cats, or rear flange fitting to the mufflers.

Seems like those are always a touch loose, plus you lose a few lbs from the clamps, etc.

They look great. I will be doing my long tubes on my 454SS soon. As we speak my 6 into 1 exhaust for my CBX is at Jet Hot.

Definately a work of art, they should be on a pedistol in a museum.

I metal finished my Stainless Works headers then drove them over to the JetHot plant here in Tempe for coating. JetHot ceramic coating looks great!
The important thing is they help to keep other components near them from burning up.

Those look great!

I agree about the lowering the temps, that's a great advantage

looking good is also a cool bonus

For those that don't know, they do NOT have to be brand new to have them done either.Mine were a mess when I got them used(ss B+B shorties)
Here they are now!!!..BTW, don't forget to mention the Corvette forum discount!!!

Next to a polished aluminum intake here, just for reference

Does anyone know if you could have the entire stock H-pipes/w cats done without hurting the cats???

I ask because I just got a brand new complete H-pipe with cats,I have to remove them for the abs of steel to install anyway, maybe I will send them out,,,if it won't hurt the cats in any way

(I know they coat both inside AND the outside of headers and such,.I would probably have to specify doing ONLY the outside of the H-pipe system)

PRIMAL , I'll bet you can't wait to mget them on.please post pics when you do!

They do look great but I personally like the bluish purple my LG have turned after a couple weeks of using.

I would not do the cats, they get very hot. The do have coating for cats but not the shiny silver.
