The Army use to have this stupid fluid change program, where as we had to change the fluids every x amount of miles or hours regardless if it needed it or not. Now we take fluid samples peroidically to test for contamination. I'm pretty sure you can do the same with a Corvette.
That is probably by the book, or service manual. If you are going to have anything like that done, don't go to the dealer, find a trustworthy local shop that knows what there doing,, probably do it almost for half what the Stealer would charger.

Maybe, maybe not. My "local" garage, owned by a close friend, cahrged me $82 for an oil change. The "Stealership" quoted me $64 a week later, when I introduced myself to him, to see if he would honor my Wynns warranty.
The dealerships mighe be more competitive than you think. You just need to find one that you trust, and knows Corvettes.
The A4 fluid might need changed it all depends on how you drive it lots of traffic with stop go so the trans temp get hot are even some spirted driveing wll cause the fluid to change colors just check the color and smell if it look dark and smell burnt then it need changed and as for the top end cleaner problty not as long as you burn good gas in the car.
just my $0.02

Your local dealership owner has a boat payment due and he wants you to help.
A bunch of local dealerships by me are owned by Ray Catena. I now know how he can afford his 130 foot boat (called the Mercedes) that happens to be right next to my friend's.....
Unless you go to a place like jiffy lube an oil change is not a money making job for a shop. When you figure it will take a mechanic at least 30 minutes to do it, probably more like 45 by the time he gets the supplies needed and cleans up after. Most shops are at least $65/hour. That makes it a minimum $32.50 labor cost, then you figure there are more lucrative jobs to be done, it really is not a money maker, more of a service.
And no I have no affiliation with any dealer or shop, nor do I like what it costs when I end up having to go, but that is the economics of it
