California C5

I'm looking at a 2002 MY convertible that the owner says came from Calif. I'm familiar with the C2 AIR cars and the C3 Calif. smog derated HP cars. Do the C5 cars delivered in Calif. have extra smog equipment and are they derated below the other states cars?

In other words, do the Calif. cars contain any extra smog equipment than the other C5s delivered in the US?

My understanding is that the CA Vettes don't have anything different than the cars sold in the rest of teh country.
