I am thinking of purchasing a hood liner for my 2000 Torch Red Vette. I have looked at Paula's which I believe are painted and Car Motorsports which are embroidered. My first reaction is I would prefer the embroidered. Paula's is about $75 more. Not a big deal. Has anyone had a chance to compare quality and how they stand up under normal conditions? How difficult are they to install? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
I agree, Paula's work is awesome and one of a kind. But, the liner is still the OE liner which imo is crappy. Rich at carmotorsport uses the OE liner and covers it. Which makes it look 100% better.. Here's an idea, order the plain kit fron Rich and have Paula paint it.
Thank ya'll for your kind words!

Unless you have a REAL STEADY hand and can do some free form painting, DO NOT do it yourself. The embossing isn't that clean and you need to do some improvising. I made the mistake of doing it myself. I've already spent a good 6 hours painting and still have more to go ...
