LG "Streets" question.

LG "Streets" question.
I had ECS install the LG "Streets" for me to go along with Z06 ti catbacks on an otherwise stock 2000 vert. I am getting that motorboat sound. Anyone else getting this?

I had that sound with the corsa pace car cat-back before my lg header install. Now it sounds like the world is ending above 2500, my plan is to make small children run away from the car while full throttle.

I have GHL Magnums and LG Streetseries headers. No motorboat here even though it did have that sound before the headers but with GHLs. The headers cleared it up. Not only that, women and children run when I drive by.. except the cool little boys, they all wave and say nice car

Hey MT, good to hear from somebody in DE. I was born and raised and spent a lot of time around the Wilmington area.
Explain the motorboat sound. Is it a putt-putt? Do you have Cats and an X-pipe? I've got a 2K Vert I was planning to put LG Streets on with Ti mufflers. I have Borla Stingers now, but figured they be too loud with headers.

Ever heard an inboard motor idling in the water? It's not a putt-putt but there is a seperation between the two sides. It's also no real big deal so any of you thinking about going with the TIs and LG Streets should go ahead. It's got a miles better sound then stock but not loud enough scare women and children.
