Loose Steering

Took my Vette in for a 50,000 mi service at Felix Chevrolet and had the active handeling sensor replaced.
Had to order the part ($70.00) so had to go back again, charged me 6 hours labor ($425.00) (apart and separate from the servicing fee) and now my steering has play in it and there is a popping noise.
They forgot to reset my clock after unhooking the power and it was 1 hour 50 minutes off the correct time so it was about 4 hours labor paid for and not recieved.
