Gas Gage - Fuel Issue
Folks, I just received a legal notice that reads in part as follows:
"If you bought gasoline in parts of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida fro May 11 to June 2, 2004, you may be eligible for a payment from a class action settlement. A settlement has been reached about certain batches of Motiva gasoline that were sold with some amounts of elemental sulfur and/or hydrogen sulfide which caused some gas gages to malfunction. The settlement wil pay people for reasonable and necessary vehicle repairs, related damages like towing and car rental, and other general damages such as lost wages. Yatti yata yata.
