In my case, the rails ran right up to the edge of the cut out, so about 1/3-1/2 of the puck would rest on the rail, so no, the pucks won't fit (at least directly).
In theory, at least, you can jack directly on the rails. I didn't like the idea, so I used a hacksaw to carve a chunk out of one side of the top of the pucks to provide a rail clearance relief. This allows the puck to sit square under the frame/A&A rail combo. You then just have to set the height of the eyebolt and "clock" it to the right angle (relative to the relief cut) so that as you insert and rotate the eyebolt, the relief turns to line up with the A&A rail.
